Positive Change Report.

We sometimes know our home needs a refresh but often unsure where to start. This service gives you a chance to tell us a bit about you, your lifestyle and space, in return we give you some design suggestions that will make a positive impact on your home and the way you live.

 

  • Whether in person or online, this first session is all about getting to know one another. From sharing your initial ideas, to firming down a brief, this meeting ensures a good starting foundation to the project.

  • At Studio T & R we are dedicated to understanding our clients and their homes in more depth. Our questionnaire enables us to take a deeper look at three key topics:

    • Your current home and the impact it has on your psychology

    • Your life and what areas are important to you and which ones you would like to improve on

    • Your style and what colours / materials bring you joy.

  • The main content of the report is a compilation of plans and 3d sketches with associated imagery for inspiration

  • The Positive Change Report will be issued digitally containing a summary of design suggestions that we believe will make a positive impact on your home and the way you live.

  • A meeting to talk through the report, our findings and potential next steps.

Layouts & Moodboard.

So you have a space and a brief  in mind but you need someone to pull it all together and curate a final design. This is the service for you. We interpret your design needs and produce a conceptual drawing pack with a moodboard, offering material and colour suggestions.

 

  • Whether in person or online, this first session is all about getting to know one another. From sharing your initial ideas, to firming down a brief, this meeting ensures a good starting foundation to the project.

  • At Studio T & R we are dedicated to understanding our clients and their homes in more depth. Our questionnaire enables us to take a deeper look at three key topics:

    . Your current home and the impact it has on your psychology

    . Your life and what areas are important to you and which ones you would like to improve on

    . Your style and what colours / materials bring you joy.

  • To ensure complete alignment between us and the client, we like to finalise the brief and budget.

  • A quick visit to your home to take some key dimensions to ensure any layouts or models are an accurate reflection of your space.

  • Initial plan layouts and 3d sketches to demonstrate the design intent.

  • A compilation of samples and images that portray a particular design concept.

Drawing & Modelling.

This package is for those who require a pack of drawings for planning or costing. We also offer a service for 3d modelling and visualising.

 

  • Whether in person or online, this first session is all about getting to know one another. From sharing your initial ideas, to firming down a brief, this meeting ensures a good starting foundation to the project.

  • A quick visit to your home to take some key dimensions to ensure any layouts or models are an accurate reflection of your space.

  • A pack of detailed drawings or model which reflect your design intent which can be passed onto a builder or used for planning.

Sourcing & Specifying.

Do you have your design and need to buy the contents, but how and where do you start? With our knowledge we can help source conscious and, ethically made finishes and furniture which are good to you and the environment.

 

  • Whether in person or online, this first session is all about getting to know one another. From sharing your initial ideas, to firming down a brief, this meeting ensures a good starting foundation to the project.

  • To ensure complete alignment between us and the client, we like to finalise the brief and budget.

  • Reusing and upcycling is one of the most sustainable options for updating our spaces. We are always keen to understand what items of furniture are precious to you so we can work these pieces into the design.

  • Utilising our knowledge of sustainable brands we consciously source furniture and materials in line with your design concept, whilst looking to reuse, upcycle and source locally where possible. We are always looking to select pieces for life.

  • A comprehensive furniture, fittings and equipment schedule (or shopping list) complete with item name, material type and quantity.

Full Design.

If you would like the whole service from 1 - 4 and don't want to have to worry about a thing, this package is for you.

 

  • Whether in person or online, this first session is all about getting to know one another. From sharing your initial ideas, to firming down a brief, this meeting ensures a good starting foundation to the project.

  • To ensure complete alignment between us and the client, we like to finalise the brief and budget.

  • At Studio T & R we are dedicated to understanding our clients and their homes in more depth. Our questionnaire enables us to take a deeper look at three key topics:

    . Your current home and the impact it has on your psychology

    . Your life and what areas are important to you and which ones you would like to improve on

    . Your style and what colours / materials bring you joy.

  • A quick visit to your home to take some key dimensions to ensure any layouts or models are an accurate reflection of your space.

  • From initial space plans for the client sign off, to developed design drawings for construction, we use specific design tools for various parts of the full design journey.

  • Utilising our knowledge of sustainable brands we consciously source furniture and materials in line with your design concept, whilst looking to reuse, upcycle and source locally where possible. We are always looking to select pieces for life.

  • We offer this additional service to help alleviate the pressure before construction starts.

  • It is always lovely when you walk into a new space that has been completely installed and styled for you. We are happy to add this service to the mix.

  • To help achieve the project objective we offer this additional service to initiate, plan, monitor and execute the design.
